Since January, 2007, Trinity Oaks has been in the exciting process of expanding the wellness, common, and dining areas of the main building. Under the expert guidance of Charlotte based Stewart and Conners Architects and Salisbury’s Jarrell Contractors, progress is on schedule for a Thanksgiving completion.
A multi-story addition to the front of the building which houses our 125 apartments, will feature a new cardio-fitness room with new equipment and new locker rooms leading to the beautiful indoor pool. The town commons community center will include a new location for locally owned F&M Bank, a new business center and library, a club room, several intimate gathering spaces and access to the dining areas. A new bistro and
dining patio will complete the first floor enhancements.
A 250-seat special events room and chapel will grace the second story interior and a new balcony and columns will provide an exterior face appropriate to the gracious lifestyle residents of Trinity Oaks have come to enjoy.
