How do I reserve a cottage or apartment at Trinity Oaks?

Becoming a resident is a four-step process:
  1. Contact the Marketing Office at Trinity Oaks-Salisbury, NC by calling 1-800-610-0783 or 704-633-1002, ext. 225 and schedule a visit!
  2. Choose your preferred residence, make a $1000 reservation deposit and complete the residency application.
  3. Following approval of your application, pay 10% of the entrance fee.
  4. Schedule your move-in and pay the remaining 90% balance of the entrance fee.
Q: What are the general admission requirements?
A: At least one of the prospective residents should be 60 or older.

Q: Is the entrance fee refundable?
A: Yes. Trinity Oaks offers two entrance fee options: an 80% refundable entrance fee and a limited refund entrance fee.

Q: May I furnish or decorate my residence?
A: Yes, and we'll help personalize your new home if you like.

Q: May I bring a pet?
A: Yes, pets are welcome. We have a pet policy in the resident handbook. A small security deposit is required.

Q: Do you have a waiting list if I am not quite ready to move?
A: Yes. A small deposit will place your name on the Future Residency list for the type of apartment or cottage you desire. The deposit is credited to your entrance fee when a reservation is made.
